We have had some recent issues that a new Colon Cancer Screening Test known as a Colorectal Cancer Screening is not covered by the Blue Plan because it did not exist when the plan was written.

Because of this and as a reminder we are attaching the health insurance plan book below with other health insurance information. 

Especially those under the Blue Plan if you do not find a lab, procedure, diagnostic et al listed in the Plan Book make sure to reach out to One Group before having it done to check on if it is covered.
